Star Wars Quilt

I have been busy the last few days acting as a single mom to 4 kids.  With that said I have not had time to quilt until today.  I have been working on this quilt for Brian off and on for a few months.  Here it is!  I finished putting together 5 star blocks and all of the rows together today!  So happy about how it looks.  I know my 7 almost 8 year old Star Wars fan will love it!  I would love to have it finished with a few pillow cases to match by his birthday in July.  I think I can do it now!  I just need to figure out the borders and buy more for the back.  When it is finished I would like it to be a large twin size so I can quilt it myself.

I think I like this for the borders. The black is felt because I need to go buy solid black. :)

I only bought 2 yards of this so I am hoping Joanns still has some left!  It is going to be the back.
